Progress Multitrade Co., Ltd had been registered in the Registry of Ministry of Commerce, Kingdom of Cambodia, referent number Co. 1627/03 E, since January 14, 2003 for Commercial purposes includes Air Transportation. On September 2003 Cambodian Council of Minister granted the Right to Progress Multitrade Co., as an Local Air Carrier as well as after big effort of compliances with Cambodian Civil Airworthiness Requirement (CAR) Notice No. 14 ? Air Operator Certificate? (AOC), SSCA issued to our Company AOC on October 14, 2003. Since than Multitrade Progress has Officially being authorized to carrier passenger and cargo to every where in the country and in the Region. And SSCA also approved Progress Multitrade AMO ( Aircraft Maintenance Organization). This arrangement gives allot of conveniences to Cambodia. Aircraft maintenance procures under control of Cambodian Civil Aviation Authority(SSCA). Progress Multitrade Co., Ltd employees mostly local employees who hole personnel licenses issued by SSCA.
Presently PMTair operates one Boeing 737 and three An-24 for transport passenger for cargo An-12 in the region. In the future we are going to replace our fleet by using new generation Aircraft like ATR-72 in order to provide highest comfort to each passenger who took flight of PMTair.
