LOCATION
The Micasa Hotel Apartments is adjacent to the Sisowath Quay and is about 10 minutes walk to the Royal Palace & Residence and local shops. A 15 minutes walk will take guests to the Boeung Kak Lake.
 
ROOM
 
The six storey property consists of 115 suites of which ; 51 are studio , 15 are one bedroom, 39 are two bedroom and 10 are 3 bedroom. The suite room enjoys the view of either the magnificent Tonle Sap, Mekong river, the swimming pool or Phnom Penh City.
The standard room is 51 sqm with a city or river view balcony and is fitted with a double bed or 2 single beds. This room type does not have a kitchenette. The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower. The one bedroom suite is 63 sqm with a city or river view balcony and features a king size bed or 2 single beds, dining area and a kitchenette with a microwave, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils. The two bedroom suite is 74 sqm with a city or river view balcony. The bedroom 1 is fitted with a king size bed, the bedroom 2 with 2 queen size beds. There are 2 bathrooms and both have bathtub with an overhead shower. The two bedroom Suites can accommodate up to only 3 persons.
